365 support with humans attached
Microsoft 365 runs your email, files, chat and identity — so when it misbehaves, everything stops. We keep it secure, tidy and supported, with named engineers your team can actually talk to.
What's included.
Strategy through to build and run, from one senior team.
Managed helpdesk
UK-based support from engineers who know your tenant. Real SLAs, and no “have you tried turning it off and on again” scripts.
Identity & security
Conditional access, MFA done properly, phishing protection and Secure Score improvements that actually stick.
Intune & devices
Laptops and phones enrolled, encrypted, patched and wipeable — so a lost bag isn't a data breach.
Teams, SharePoint & licensing
Sprawl brought under control, sensible information architecture, and licence reviews that usually pay for the service.
Tidy tenant, quiet phones.
Every engagement starts with a full tenant health check: Secure Score, conditional access coverage, MFA gaps, mailbox rules that shouldn't exist, sharing links that have quietly gone public, and licences paying for features nobody switched on. You get the findings in a written report — traffic-light simple — whether or not you take the support contract. Most tenants we review have at least one finding their previous provider never mentioned.
Day to day, support works the way you'd want it to: a named engineer team that knows your tenant, real SLAs, and a rule that tickets get answers, not ticket numbers. Recurring issues get root-caused rather than repeatedly patched — if the same problem appears three times, fixing its cause becomes our job, not your recurring cost.
Security hardening follows Microsoft's best-practice baselines but is tuned to how your business actually works — conditional access that blocks attackers without locking the sales team out of hotel Wi-Fi, Intune policies that keep devices encrypted and patched without nagging, and phishing protection with regular simulations so the human layer improves too.
What you'll walk away with.
Concrete artefacts, not just advice — everything documented and yours to keep.
- Tenant health report — Secure Score, identity, sharing and licensing findings
- Security baseline configured: conditional access, MFA, anti-phishing, DLP starter policies
- Intune policy set — enrolment, encryption, compliance and app deployment for laptops and mobiles
- Teams and SharePoint information architecture plan, with sprawl cleaned up
- Licence optimisation report — most clients fund the service from what this finds
- Monthly service report: tickets, trends, security posture and recommendations in plain English
Ways to work with us.
Start small and scale when it's earning its keep — every engagement is fixed-scope with a named senior engineer.
One week. The full tenant review with written findings and a prioritised fix list. Fixed price, yours to action with anyone.
Two to four weeks. We implement the fix list: security baseline, Intune, Teams/SharePoint tidy-up and licence right-sizing.
Monthly per user. Helpdesk, proactive maintenance, security monitoring and the monthly report — with named engineers, not a queue.
You're in the right place if.
- Your current IT support answers tickets slowly and questions slower.
- You're not confident MFA and conditional access are set up properly.
- Teams and SharePoint have become a jungle nobody can find anything in.
- You suspect you're paying for licences nobody uses. (You almost certainly are.)
The health check that paid for the service.
An anonymised engagement — details available on a call.
A 120-person law firm on Microsoft 365, supported by a provider that answered tickets slowly and questions slower.
Our tenant health check found anonymous sharing links exposing client folders, MFA gaps in finance, and a licence bill 20% heavier than it needed to be.
Security baseline implemented in a fortnight — conditional access, MFA everywhere, sharing locked down — plus Intune enrolment for every device and a licence right-sizing exercise.
Secure Score nearly doubled, the licence savings covered most of the managed service fee, and average ticket resolution dropped from days to hours.
Questions we're asked a lot.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes — it's most of what we do. We handle the handover directly with your outgoing provider, run both in parallel during transition, and start with the tenant health check so nothing gets missed in the gap.
Are we locked into a long contract?
No. Managed 365 runs on a rolling monthly basis. We'd rather keep you by being good than by contract clause — and everything is documented so you could leave cleanly tomorrow.
Do you support hybrid environments with on-premises servers?
Yes. Plenty of our clients run hybrid identity or keep line-of-business systems on-premises. We support the whole estate and can plan the path to cloud at whatever pace suits the business.
How fast do you respond to tickets?
Response targets are agreed in your SLA and reported against monthly. More importantly, recurring issues get root-caused — if the same problem appears three times, fixing its cause becomes our job, not your recurring cost.
Will you review our licensing?
It's one of the first things we do. Most tenants carry 15–25% licence waste, and the right-sizing exercise usually funds a good chunk of the managed service.
